General Shipping

Orders typically take 2-3 business days to ship, unless there is a backordered item. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

We deliver using USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-3 business days. Once your package has shipped, we are not responsible for shipping delays or errors due to incorrect address. However, you may contact us at qbnyc@qb-nyc.com if any issues arise.

International Shipping

Currently, we are only shipping via USPS First Class Package International Service.

Before ordering, please check your country’s customs rules. Certain items may be subject to additional fees, such as customs duties and taxes. Once your package has shipped, we are not responsible if items are held at customs, or if there are shipping delays or errors due to incorrect address. However, you may contact us at qbnyc@qb-nyc.com if any issues arise.

International customers may experience shipping delays due to COVID-19. Please find updated service alerts here.

IMPORTANT

  • If you are ordering products and prints, please separate the orders as prints need to be shipped in a tube.

  • For bulk orders, please contact us at qbnyc@qb-nyc.com.
    We are happy to give you a discount and may have to adjust the shipping method accordingly
    for both US and International shipping.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for our beeswax products. Our dedication to quality means each product is carefully hand-made with food-grade standards.

However, your satisfaction is our first priority. Please do not hesitate to contact us at qbnyc@qb-nyc.com if you are unhappy with your order within 7 days of receiving it.

We will consider refunds on a case-to-case basis, such as if the product arrived damaged. Once the refund has been approved and processed, it will automatically be credited to your original method of payment.
